And now onto the football ???
The lads rose to the occasion in style winning 3 drawing 1 with just the 1 defeat in there group of 8, sending them comfortably through to the "Main Cup" quarter finals.
And what a game it produced playing the runners up from the other group of 8.
Roach took the lead in the first minute only to be pegged back in the second minute.
The remaining 22 minutes of the game went from end to end with chances for both teams, penaltys awaited before last minute drama in the shape of a wonder goal.
In what proved to be the final kick of the game the quite superb opposition centre mid unleashed a real screamer from twenty yards into the top left corner of the roach net.
Roach restarted and the ref blew for full time.
Heartbreaking for us all but it took nothing away from a brilliant weekend where the lads have proved more than a match for the best out there and the laughs have been non stop.
